About Us
We're humble bakers of delicious (we think) shortbread biscuits in the quaint, rural Hamlet of Vale NC - just outside the city of Charlotte.Our biscuits are baked to order, using only premium ingredients. We follow a traditional Scottish recipe and employ a unique preparation method. The result is a biscuit with crisp edges, a moist center, soft crumb and delightful buttery flavor.Currently, we’re a business concept in development, with a projected (hopeful) startup window of Winter 2024 / 2025.
